Christian Hope for life after death. What does happen?

Heaven is being in the presence of the Lord-dwelling with God and it happens immediately.

Jesus will restore and fix what is broken after he comes again. The dead will rise with new bodies. Jesus will create a new earth for us to dwell.

1 Corinthians 15 Paul says, at the resurrection we will be non perishable, raised in glory, power, and have a spiritual-non perishable body.

1 Corinthians 2: 9 “No eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him”.
