a. Speak positively to yourself-“This is the day the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it” Psalm 118:24
b. Speak positively to others-“Let everything you do and say be good and helpful so our words may be encouragement” Ephesians 4:29
3. Be positive in your crisis
