Adult Bible Study - Sunday Mornings at 10:30 AM

Following our Sunday worship and fellowship, children and adults alike gather for further study of God’s Word. While children take part in a Sunday School class, adults gather in the narthex for Bible study.

In a roundtable format, Pastor Hesse leads a discussion each week on the current unit of study using anecdotes, thought-provoking questions, and of course the Biblical text. The thought that despite the often difficult and challenging times we live in, Christ was, is, and will always be victorious drives this group. This Bible study covers a variety of topics, including studies on aspects of Christianity; books of the Bible such as Romans, Revelations, and John; and the group recently finished looking at the history of Christianity. The average attendance varies as the meeting occurs right after worship and fellowship, but averages around 20 people. The goal of Pastor Hesse is that those who gather for this Bible study will be able to live in the knowledge of Christ’s victory rather than in the shadows of fear.

Meeting Time & Location: Sundays, 10:30-11:30; in the church narthex/lobby
Prerequisites: None; bringing your own Bible is optional -- we have plenty of extras on hand.
